Coconut Drink
My doctor said my cholesterol count is a bit high...so I didn't mention the coconut drinks and curries I've been eating.

A big bowl of oatmeal every day can help reduce cholesterol. Also watch your intake of meats and cheeses. Perhaps it is time for you to lose some weight?
Hi Helen - thanks for writing. Yes, it's time to lose some weight. I went to the gym five times a week for three weeks and lost a bit - but gave up exercising while on my trip to Thailand. I've re-started the gym and swore off eating after 7pm.
