Breakfast - Toasted Oats, Oatmeal & Noodles?!
This is what I eat for breakfast...
...or sometimes I eat this...the Quaker Oatmeal is quick-cooking. I love to microwave them, add some milk and whip it up. Each 35g has 20g carbs, 3g fat. The Australian Toasted Oats are a bit sour for my taste. Each 50g has 35.8g carbs, 1.2g fat.

I'll look out for the local noodles and create a separate breakfast entry. Of course, I also like to eat Char Kueh Tiaw (greasy egg noodles w/bean sprouts), but unlike sixthseal - I don't eat it with an extra fried egg on top.
